All- American: Cardio decreases as warming up specific muscles before lifting becomes more important. Lastly you have technique work, which is where you are either learning or improving that movement. So let's impress your gym crush with some proper pull ups!
The Olympian: In this specific program we are looking to increase your numbers in squat, benching, and pull ups. Yes, core is shown in the kitchen but it's also built in the gym so be ready for your abs to hurt when you laugh.
Everything you have learned, practiced, and improved will be all right here in these programs. There will be progressive overload phases to get you to really push your limits, so be ready to really surprise yourself. It's important to have the mind muscle connection down so you can get the most out of every rep!
