The All-american is for the more advanced athletes due to the intensity and challenging movements. Toning up your body and getting that V-line as we also do core and stability exercises. Get ready to really increase your muscle mass and probably hit a lot of grunts during your lifts!

Strong & visible core
Be ready to feel like you are rowing a boat as back days are programed to get you looking wide on top and smaller at the waist. The increase in reps, and having “strength days” will get you more muscle mass and be able to also improve your numbers in weights, that's where the grunts come in.
Cardio decreases as warming up specific muscles before lifting becomes more important. Lastly you have technique work, which is where you are either learning or improving that movement. So let's impress your gym crush with some proper pull ups!

What to expect:

✔ Split days (legs, back/bi, chest/tri, shoulder/tri)
✔ One day of full circuit workout
After the 4 day split, day 5 is what we call a "flush workout". It will consist of a full body circuit, and a "strength" block to get you to really push some weight!
If you are already feeling strong and confident, this program will definitely push your limits as we have "cash-outs" where both weights and cardio are implemented to really make you sweat!
