The Athlete is recommended to those who have been on their fitness journey before and looking to really kick it into gear when it comes to putting on some mass! This is where you will start creating that "dorito" back. Let's get you feeling confident in the body you want! A Bravo's Favorite!

Move athletically
This program will challenge you as the weights increase at a higher intensity and hit reps to fatigue. But I won't let you leave the gym without taking care of your body! So I made sure to incorporate recovery as we have a high focus on stretching and rolling out our muscles.
You will target specific muscles weekly and you will learn new movements that challenge your body throughout this program. Barbells and cables are used here but can easily be substituted for DB’s if needed. Having “split” days will allow proper recovery as you continue to work out daily.
Did you think you'd get away with no cardio? But don't worry it's a once a week focus as we want to continue to improve our cardiovascular and shred off any unwanted fat without hurting any muscle growth!

Why is this program my favorite?
In month 1 we are hitting full body in the weight room. Like I preach, it's all a build up!
In the second month, while incorporating the same movements, is where the split comes in:
DAY 1: Back/Bi
Day 2: Legs
DAY 3: Cardio
DAY 4: Chest/Tri
Day 5: Shoulders
