This program can be completed by ANY and ALL levels. It does require a gym, but can get away with using only DBs. Ladies, yes this is the program MADE FOR YOU! It has a full split: 2 leg days, back, chest & shoulders, arms/booty, while also getting in 3 days of cardio and 2 days of abs. Don't worry though, no cardio after leg day!
3 different routines in the 6 week span. Meaning that each routine is done twice. With that being said, on the second go around, the goal will be to up the weight from the previous week. It may seem boring to be doing the same exercises for 2 weeks but it's necessary to be able to grow and improve in not only your numbers but in your form as well.
Now the FUN part! I've added some nutrition in this program! I provided:
✔ Grocery list: to help make the meal prep a bit easier.
✔ Meal prep steps: steps on how to complete this task.
✔ Calculating calories: The tools needed to get the correct calorie intake.
✔ Calculating macros: Tools given to figure out your percentages based on your personal goals
✔ Cheat sheet: All the types of high protein and their macros
All broken down to simplify and for you to be understand the concept, rather than just be told!
