The Olympian program is the highest level of training due to the technicality of the exercises. It's made to challenge you! Challenge your athletic ability, stability, mobility, and strength. This is why the build-up from The Rookie and on is very important.

Don't fear or let the name scare you. You won't be thrown in the fire, as there will be a progression phase of the Olympic lifts. I have also attached videos for every lift, as I tried not to make them too awkward lol. 

Everything you have learned, practiced, and improved will be all right here in this program. There will be progressive overload phases to get you to really push your limits, so be ready to really surprise yourself. It's important to have the mind muscle connection down so you can get the most out of every rep!

So if a built look is what you are going for with a side of some real spicy workouts, THIS IS IT! Thicken up the arms to fill in those shirts, and getting the "teardrop" on those quads. I mean, we want to look cut even when we're just walking around right?

In this specific program we are looking to increase your numbers in squat, benching, and pull ups. Yes, core is shown in the kitchen but it's also built in the gym so be ready for your abs to hurt when you laugh.

After the 4 day split, day 5 is what we call a "flush workout". It will consist of a full body circuit, and a "strength" block to get you to really push some weight!
